Purchase of a course or membership grants a single-user license; redistribution or “white-labeling” our content is strictly prohibited.

2. User Conduct Users agree not to use our technical systems or community platforms for any unlawful purpose or to transmit malware/spam.

3. Payment & Billing All payments are processed securely via our third-party provider (Wise/Stripe). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Limitation of Liability Tanton White Business Services provides business strategy and technical tools. We do not guarantee specific financial results or “earnings.” Your success depends on your own implementation and market conditions.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
